Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations must be made before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return or exchange is available for selected products only. Please check the respective product page for eligibility and return conditions. Return policies may be updated without prior notice.

If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes for Returns/Exchanges

Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return/Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe
Once a return request is submitted within the valid timeframe, it will be reviewed within 2–3 business days. If approved, the return process (including pickup or confirmation of self-shipping) will be completed within 7–10 business days.
Exchange Timeframe
Once we receive the product for exchange, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days. If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 working days.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be credited within 3–5 working days from the date of approval.
